Payments and refunds

You pay after you approve

We do not take payment in advance. You receive the draft for verification, we make any corrections you point out, and you pay only after approving the draft. The final XML and PDF can be downloaded once payment is received.

No refund after download

Because payment is made only after you have verified and approved the draft, fees are not refundable once the final files have been released for download.

Double or failed payments

If a payment is deducted twice, or deducted but not received by us, the payment gateway normally reverses it automatically. If it is not reversed, write to support@xbrlvault.com with the payment reference. We will take it up with the payment gateway and arrange the refund within 15 days.

Not covered

MCA filing fees and any additional fees or penalties levied by the MCA are not paid to us and cannot be refunded by us.
