AOC-4 XBRL conversion for companies across India. We convert your financial statements into the MCA XBRL file; you verify the draft first and pay only after you approve it.

XBRL conversion

₹1,499/- onwards

Non-Ind AS companies, with last year's XBRL file

  • Pay only after you approve the draft
  • Pre-scrutinised XML and PDF
  • Key-points report for quick checking

How it works

Nothing is final until you approve it.

  1. Send your documents

Email us the financial statements in Excel along with the signed reports listed below.

  2. We tag your accounts

Every figure and disclosure is tagged into the MCA XBRL (XML) file as per the applicable taxonomy, and checked on the MCA validation tool.

  3. You verify the draft

You receive a short report of the key figures and a draft PDF marked "XBRL Vault – Draft for verification only". If anything needs correcting, we revise it and send it again.

  4. Approve, pay and download

Once you approve, you pay and download the final pre-scrutinised XML and PDF, ready for you to file.

We prepare the XBRL file only. Filing on the MCA portal, digital signatures and MCA fees remain the responsibility of the company. Filing support may be offered in future.

Documents we need

The financial statements must be sent in Excel. At present we do not accept orders without an Excel version of the balance sheet; we will announce when PDF-only orders can be accepted.

  • Financial statements in Excel: balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, cash flow statement and notes (required)
  • Signed financial statements as approved by the board and auditor (PDF)
  • Auditor's report with CARO annexure and internal financial controls report
  • Directors' report with all annexures
  • Secretarial audit report, where applicable
  • Last year's XBRL file (XML), if available

What we check in the draft

We tag what your auditor and board have signed and do not change your accounts. Where your documents do not agree with each other, we tell you.

  • Balance sheet and profit and loss totals
  • Cash flow totals, and opening and closing cash against the balance sheet
  • Profit before tax, PBIDT and profit after tax
  • Notes to accounts for both years
  • Related party disclosures
  • Auditor's report and CARO clauses
  • Directors' report disclosures
  • Secretarial audit observations and replies

Fees

One fee per company per financial year. You pay only after approving the draft.

Frequently asked questions

What is AOC-4 XBRL?

Certain companies must file their financial statements with the MCA in XBRL format along with Form AOC-4 XBRL. The XBRL file is an XML document in which every figure and disclosure is tagged as per the MCA taxonomy.

Which companies have to file in XBRL?

Listed companies and their Indian subsidiaries, companies with paid-up capital of ₹5 crore or more, companies with turnover of ₹100 crore or more, and companies required to prepare financial statements under Ind AS, as per the Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in XBRL) Rules, 2015.

What is the due date for AOC-4 for FY 2025-26?

The MCA has extended the due date for filing AOC-4 for FY 2025-26 to 31 December 2026, and for MGT-7 to 31 January 2027.

What documents do you need?

The financial statements in Excel (required), the signed financial statements, the auditor's report with CARO, the directors' report with annexures, the secretarial audit report where applicable, and last year's XBRL file if available.

Do I pay in advance?

No. You verify the draft and key-points report first. You pay only after approving the draft, and then download the final pre-scrutinised XML and PDF.

Do you file the form on the MCA portal?

No. We prepare the XBRL file only. Filing, digital signatures and MCA fees remain the responsibility of the company.

Why is the fee higher without last year's XBRL file?

Last year's XBRL file gives us the previous year's figures already tagged. Without it, the file is prepared from the beginning, so ₹750 is added.

Do you handle Ind AS and consolidated financial statements?

Yes. We prepare XBRL for Accounting Standards and Ind AS companies, both standalone and consolidated.
